I ask for a 48 hour notice for any rescheduling and/or cancelations. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour period are subject to loss of deposit OR a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee. Day of cancellation or rescheduling is subject to a 100% fee, barring any *emergencies*. No call/no shows are subjected to a 100% fee.
